Develop and deploy machine learning models for manufacturing use cases including predictive quality, machine failure prediction, and time-series pattern discovery. Work directly with customers to scope problems, validate solutions in live deployments, and translate successful analyses into product features. Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams while applying statistics, optimization, generative AI, and agentic AI to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Build React and TypeScript user interfaces for factory-floor teams, including visual components, AI interaction interfaces, and supporting code that enables AI agents to assemble and adapt product experiences. Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver features, prototypes, and research spikes. The role emphasizes AI-native product development, experimentation, cross-functional communication, and self-service customization.

Serve as the primary technical resource for enterprise manufacturing accounts, designing and deploying integrations between Oden and factory systems. Build connector libraries, configure AI and ML solutions, troubleshoot distributed systems and data pipelines, analyze large datasets, and support customer deployments. Partner with customers, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to manage technical risks, improve platform capabilities, and document repeatable implementation practices. Travel to customer sites approximately 25–40%.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services, data infrastructure, runtimes, monitoring, and observability tooling. Support AI models and LLM features in production, collaborate with Product and Data Science, and participate in experimentation and research spikes. The role requires strong backend engineering experience, production systems expertise, AI-forward development practices, and effective cross-functional communication.
