Acts as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Partners with Legal and HR teams, analyzes workforce metrics, leads complex HR initiatives, facilitates training, supports benefits and leave processes, and promotes an inclusive culture. The role requires strong HR expertise, HRIS experience, project leadership, and knowledge of employment regulations.

Leads and develops the training function supporting Production and Quality. Supervises Training Specialists, builds and administers training systems and programs, improves training initiatives, ensures employee competency and operational compliance, and tracks training metrics and KPIs in a regulated life sciences manufacturing environment.

Develops, implements, delivers, and continuously improves technical training programs supporting production, quality, and operational excellence. Serves as a subject matter expert in training compliance, Lean learning principles, technical certification, and workforce development. Maintains training materials and certification processes while partnering with manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement functions in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.

Implement, support, and enhance Camstar MES solutions, including eDHR rollout, business process modeling, integrations, requirements gathering, data mapping, documentation, solution design, and system improvements. Serve as liaison between IT and business process owners, train users, support MES transactions and screens, manage user stories and success metrics, and promote compliance with quality, security, privacy, and regulatory standards in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Coordinates IT onboarding, employee training, headcount tracking, budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, invoicing, reporting, and IT meetings. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, IT leaders, and suppliers to manage spend, performance, compliance, and process improvements. Supports strategic alignment and initiatives that improve the IT user experience while adhering to quality, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Leads supplier development, qualification, capability assessment, process improvement, and supply risk reduction initiatives. Partners with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to improve quality, scalability, process robustness, and supply continuity. Conducts manufacturing evaluations, root cause investigations, corrective actions, readiness assessments, and technical due diligence. Provides technical leadership for supplier programs, mentors team members, and influences cross-functional decisions involving supplier performance, diversification, transfers, and second-source qualifications.

Administer and optimize digital asset management and marketing systems, including content governance, intake processes, asset collections, search frameworks, workflows, audits, and compliance. Partner with Marketing, Creative, and IT stakeholders to implement technology enhancements, improve operational efficiency, analyze metrics, and recommend solutions. Develop training and adoption strategies while serving as a subject matter expert in digital asset management, marketing technology, and creative workflows.

Provides enterprise endpoint systems engineering, development, deployment, lifecycle management, automation, and advanced Tier 2/3 support across Windows and Apple environments. Manages MDM, Active Directory, Entra ID, access policies, software deployment, system standardization, infrastructure lab initiatives, vendors, documentation, and operational improvements. Supports acquisitions, compliance, and quality systems while mentoring IT support staff and maintaining employee relationships.

Administers and maintains enterprise collaboration platforms, primarily Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and related applications. Responsibilities include configuration, access management, monitoring, incident escalation, troubleshooting, maintenance, change validation, workflow and automation support, documentation, licensing, compliance controls, vendor coordination, and operational improvements. Provides technical guidance and on-call support while partnering with engineering, security, compliance, quality, business, and support teams.

Administers, implements, optimizes, and maintains enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Manages Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, identity services, storage, virtualization, backup and recovery platforms, and related enterprise systems. Leads troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, automation, security governance, capacity planning, patching, and infrastructure improvements. Supports ERP and integration platforms, collaborates with vendors and internal teams, documents complex system designs, and provides rotating after-hours support.
