Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and complex data integration pipelines. Establish and modify sponsored project accounts after award execution; review award documents and budgets; ensure compliance with sponsor and institutional policies; set up and validate award data in institutional systems; communicate with PIs and departments; monitor records, reporting, and workflow; support process improvement and system testing.
