The Senior Sales Executive is the primary contact for clients in Vietnam, responsible for driving sales, managing accounts, and meeting revenue targets. They will develop new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies and customer service. The role also includes market research and competition analysis.

The Sales Operations Executive supports the Sales team by ensuring consistent sales administration, Salesforce CRM support, data management, and reporting. The role involves maintaining financial data, managing sponsorship inventory, resolving customer queries, and providing necessary forms for sales activities. The executive serves as a liaison with the Event Operations team and trains the sales team on Salesforce features while supporting data entry and campaign management.
