Provides commercially focused legal support across Austria, the DACH region, and Europe. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, supplier, partner, and other commercial agreements; advising on corporate, regulatory, data protection, technology, and compliance matters; managing legal risks and disputes; monitoring legal developments; and improving contract templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes.

Manage and grow strategically important DACH-region accounts as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities include developing account plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, analyzing customer processes, advising on procurement and supply chain solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, closing sales, and representing the company at tenders, trade fairs, and industry events.
