Draft announcements, manage internal platforms, create social and recruitment content, run campaigns, build university and community partnerships, track performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen employee engagement and talent pipelines.

Manage employee relations in Kenya including investigations, disciplinary actions, PIPs, and performance management. Advise and coach managers, support HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, benefits), ensure compliance with Kenyan labour law, maintain documentation, and support culture and engagement initiatives and global talent programs.

Work with strategic clients to design and implement scalable AI integrations and production-ready workflows, build APIs and data pipelines, debug client environments, lead technical discovery, and drive MLOps and human-in-the-loop deployments to transition AI from proof-of-concept to reliable production.
