Leads spacecraft mission design, modeling, simulation, and analysis for constellations and system-of-systems architectures. Derives requirements, evaluates mission performance, supports vehicle and payload sizing, validates system models, develops analysis tools, and presents recommendations to customers, executives, and engineering teams. Supports business development, technical documentation, and mission design process development while leading teams through complex space and defense programs.

Designs and develops complex tooling and fixtures for advanced manufacturing processes. Leads process optimization, gated design reviews, validation, and cross-functional improvement projects. Creates CAD models, drawings, and specifications; collaborates with engineers, suppliers, technicians, and operators; supports tooling implementation and training; and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

Assists senior engineers with designing, analyzing, and evaluating mechanical ground support equipment for spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing. Supports work on fixtures, shipping containers, pressure panels, tooling, and transportation equipment; collects and analyzes engineering data; resolves routine technical problems; and prepares technical documentation and reports. Collaborates cross-functionally, follows guidance, meets deadlines, and communicates technical concepts clearly.

Designs, analyzes, and tests aerospace systems and components, with emphasis on aerodynamics, aerothermal analysis, astrodynamics, or related disciplines. Performs vehicle-level analysis, system design, first-order analyses, simulations, and testing; develops technical documentation and reports; communicates technical information; and collaborates with cross-functional teams during reviews and engineering problem-solving activities.

Leads material science development and analysis for aerospace propulsion systems and thrusters. Develops innovative materials solutions, conducts characterization and failure analyses, documents technical findings, and supports engineering decisions. Leads projects, technical reviews, and strategic initiatives; integrates materials solutions across engineering programs; represents the organization with internal and external stakeholders; and mentors engineers. Preferred expertise includes additive manufacturing, hypergolic propulsion, high-temperature alloys, coatings, advanced testing, simulation software, and aerospace materials standards.

Plans and schedules material procurement to support production requirements. Manages inventory levels using ERP/MRP systems, forecasts material demand, coordinates with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, resolves quality, delivery, and pricing issues, and reports on material planning and inventory performance.

Lead strategic initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality, design and optimize manufacturing processes, mentor junior engineers, integrate new products with production, oversee maintenance and predictive maintenance programs, diagnose complex equipment issues, and manage projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

Manage and troubleshoot IT systems including OS installation/configuration, network configurations, virtualization, automation scripting, backup/recovery design, user and resource administration, Active Directory and Group Policy management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and improve infrastructure reliability.

Lead multiple software engineering components or enterprise focus areas, set strategic/tactical plans, guide subordinate managers, drive technology adoption and organizational change, manage finances and schedules, engage executive stakeholders, and ensure alignment of engineering activities with business goals while supporting national-security missions.

Lead inventory and logistics strategy for aerospace missions: optimize inventory levels, streamline transportation and warehousing, manage suppliers, ensure compliance with export/government regulations, drive digital transformation and KPIs, and mentor cross-functional teams to maintain mission readiness.
