The Field CTO serves as a strategic conduit between Sonar's leadership and enterprise technology leaders, focusing on market evangelism and technical advisory, enhancing brand reputation, engaging customers, and shaping product roadmaps.

Lead Sonar's ABM strategy and execution for one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many accounts. Build personalized multi-channel campaigns, align marketing and sales, leverage intent and account analytics to prioritize outreach, drive pipeline and expansion, measure ABM metrics and ROI, manage vendors and budget, and support field and event programs.

Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated marketing workflows. Map automation opportunities, deploy and monitor agents, integrate with marketing tools, produce impact reporting, ensure data governance, and document/enable marketing teams.

Lead platform product efforts to deliver enterprise-grade reliability, compliance, and performance. Research customer needs (IT, DevOps, security), define platform roadmap, collaborate with engineering and UX to build foundational features (data residency, encryption, access controls, performance), support product adoption at scale, and represent the platform externally.

As a Field CTO, you'll advise enterprise tech leaders, create technical content, support sales, mentor teams, and shape product strategy.

Serve as a technical advisor to increase Sonar adoption and maturity across accounts, reduce churn, run audits and QBRs, evangelize static analysis, drive remediation plans, and influence product roadmap while collaborating with sales and development teams.

Lead a team of Cloud and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure system reliability, performance, and security. Manage operational workload including on-call, incident response, and automation to reduce toil. Define observability, disaster recovery, and cost-optimization strategies. Collaborate across squads, recruit and mentor engineers, and align squad vision with the platform roadmap.
