Lead the fintech product roadmap for payments, capital, POS, reconciliation, and fraud tooling. Own in-person payment experiences, payment reliability, financial logic, and reconciliation reporting. The Senior Salesforce Developer will lead the Salesforce platform's technical health, focusing on quote-to-cash workflows and revenue operations while managing integrations and system migrations.

Provide high-judgment executive support to the CFO and scoped support to senior Finance leaders: manage calendar strategy, board/investor and financing logistics, planning-cycle coordination, meeting readiness, action tracking, travel and expense logistics, and confidential materials. Improve executive leverage through prioritization, communication triage, lightweight systems, and coverage within the Executive Support team.

Lead marketing operations and systems (Marketo, Customer.io, Salesforce); design lifecycle, lead scoring, and journey frameworks; implement AI-driven automation; build reporting linking marketing to pipeline and revenue; partner with Sales, RevOps, and Data; and hire and run a high-performing Marketing Operations team.

Lead the commerce product experience for Boulevard, owning end-to-end transaction flows and scaling payments and reporting for multi-location and franchise customers. Partner closely with engineering and design, use data and customer insight to measure outcomes, reduce friction, and prioritize impactful work. Influence cross-functional teams, drive decision-making in ambiguous contexts, and incorporate AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution.

Sell Boulevard's SaaS platform to SMB self-care businesses through full sales cycle B2B sales: prospecting, lead generation, demos, pricing negotiations, pipeline management, and closing deals. Maintain consultative relationships and industry knowledge to drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
