Design, fabricate, and test prototype solid rocket motor hardware and manufacturing processes. Lead cross-functional communication, develop CAD models and drawings, create test plans, analyze test data, investigate failures, and manage schedules and documentation.

Lead turbopump/turbomachinery technology development across multiple engine platforms. Perform conceptual design, trade studies, preliminary and detailed design, and analysis. Collaborate with design teams to produce manufacturable, flight-ready systems, support engine testing, and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues.

Lead design, integration, commissioning, and sustainment of propulsion test stands, GSE, fluid-mechanical and electrical/controls systems. Own instrumentation/DAQ, run static-fire campaigns, perform hazard and risk assessments, obtain permits, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and cross-functional test leadership at remote test sites.

Lead conceptual and preliminary turbomachinery design as an SME, perform design trades and analyses, collaborate on manufacturable, flight-ready designs, support engine test and development, and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues for existing turbopumps.

Lead clean-sheet liquid rocket engine design, system integration, and prototype test/validation. Mentor engineers, derive requirements, write assembly/work instructions, and iterate designs to meet performance, manufacturability, and qualification goals through to production readiness.

Design, develop, and validate fluid and mechanical propulsion components (gimbals, actuators, valves, fluid systems). Own designs from concept to production, derive requirements, write assembly/work instructions, assemble and test prototypes, and collaborate with interfacing teams to integrate and validate components across engine programs.
