Design, fabricate, and test prototype solid rocket motor hardware and manufacturing processes. Lead cross-functional communication, develop CAD models and drawings, create test plans, analyze test data, investigate failures, and manage schedules and documentation.

Lead architecture, integration, and lifecycle management of propulsion test infrastructure and controls for solid rocket motor programs. Own design and commissioning of fluid, electrical, controls, instrumentation, and DAQ systems; ensure safety, test readiness, data integrity, and repeatable static-fire campaigns. Provide cross-functional technical leadership, mentor engineers, perform root-cause analysis, and drive long-term facility and infrastructure roadmaps.

Design, build, and operate high-pressure and cryogenic fluid and mechanical test systems for rocket engine testing. Generate P&IDs, CAD models, work instructions, and system documentation. Perform fluid flow, piping flexibility, and structural (FEA) analyses; source components; manage projects; support test operations and data evaluation; and participate in design reviews.

Provide broad legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team: maintain corporate records, support subpoenas/audits/litigation, manage IP administration, track contracts and filings (including LDA/PAC), implement document retention and process improvements, triage legal requests, manage calendaring, billing, and the contract management system.

The Propulsion Engineer II design spacecraft propulsion systems, perform modifications, derive requirements, and support testing and integration of components, overseeing projects from concept to production.

Lead manufacturing process development for high-reliability fluid and electro-mechanical aerospace systems. Drive design-for-manufacturing, process planning, BOMs, tooling, work instructions, prototype builds, test procedures, AI&T support, and continuous improvement for scalable production.
