Build and operate Wellmark’s governed enterprise AI platform, including model routing, prompt management, agent orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and cost controls. Develop reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, infrastructure, and CI/CD practices while improving reliability, security, auditability, and compliance. Partner with product, architecture, security, legal, governance, cloud, and engineering teams to scale responsible AI adoption. Support sales compensation design, metric development, plan administration, and performance monitoring to inform decisions and improve channel effectiveness.

Lead design and delivery of scalable data platforms and pipelines on Azure (Synapse, Data Factory, OneLake, Microsoft Fabric). Build BI solutions with Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M), implement data warehousing and semantic models, promote CI/CD and governance, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights.

Lead design and development of complex, cost-effective software solutions. Act as subject-matter expert, mentor engineers, coordinate integration and testing, conduct root-cause analysis, guide migrations and middleware work, participate in proposals, enforce standards and perform code reviews to meet business and security requirements.

Partner with business stakeholders to define analytics problems, prepare and join large datasets, build and automate models, interpret results, and present recommendations. Manage multiple projects, provide peer review and coaching, document procedures, and support process improvement across cross-functional teams.

Extract, integrate, analyze, and interpret data from internal and external sources to produce insights, models, and visualizations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, prepare data, run analyses, communicate findings, maintain reporting schedules, and support multiple projects to drive data-enabled business decisions.
