The Senior Content Analyst is responsible for analyzing and delivering content related to legal, tax, payroll, or accounting issues, mentoring junior members, and collaborating with other teams.

Edit short-form news videos and design/animate motion graphics (charts, maps, explainers). Maintain visual standards, build reusable templates, collaborate with newsroom staff, deliver high-quality outputs on deadline, and assist with basic studio shoots.

Design and deliver scalable, high-availability web applications. Architect solutions, guide feature implementation, influence best practices, troubleshoot systems, participate in cross-team reviews, and lead complex projects using cloud and modern engineering practices.

Provide front-line and second-line product support for tax software clients via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical, tax, and product issues; document and log cases in a CRM; escalate complex issues; duplicate and document bugs and workarounds; deliver product demonstrations and end-user training; coordinate with sales, product, and customer experience teams; participate in meetings and occasional off-hours coverage.

Serve as primary client contact for Bloomberg Industry Group products via phone, email, and chat. Triage and resolve basic-to-moderately complex issues, escalate when needed, document interactions in CRM/ticketing systems, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Educate users, monitor escalations, identify recurring issues, and participate in projects to improve product adoption and client experience.
