Conduct daily warehouse safety audits and observations, document and escalate unsafe conditions/behaviors, support PIT and Trailer Dock Release training and certification records, assist incident investigations and emergency drills, inspect and maintain safety equipment, and support onboarding and regulatory/internal safety audits to ensure compliance and safe operations.

Perform receiving, picking, packing and other warehouse duties to ensure accurate, safe, and timely order fulfillment. Follow SOPs, maintain product quality and traceability, lift up to 50 lbs, work scheduled shifts (including overtime/weekends), and complete a 7-day training program. Collaborate across teams and support continuous improvement and safety efforts.

Own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales enablement for product launches to drive new-customer revenue. Partner with sales and demand generation, build competitive intelligence and persona-led positioning, use customer and sales data to refine messaging, and measure impact on pipeline and conversion.

Execute end-to-end HR operations for ShipBob India including HRIS administration, compliance, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance support, reporting, and AI-assisted process improvements. Serve as first-line contact for employees and managers, ensure audit readiness, run People reports, and support engagement and training initiatives.
