Own and run Strava's end-to-end global payroll for US and EMEA, lead a distributed payroll team, build SOX-ready controls and documentation, manage payroll vendors and system implementations, handle payroll implications of equity and IPO, partner with GL/Finance/People/Legal, deliver operations reporting, and drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements.

Lead Strava's Corporate Finance and FP&A functions, owning financial planning, consolidated forecasting, long-range planning, capital allocation, FP&A systems, procurement, vendor management, and board reporting. Build public-company-ready processes, manage and grow the Corporate Finance team, and partner with the CFO and executive team on financial strategy and investor-facing narrative.

Provide proactive executive support to C-suite leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate multi-city/international travel, prepare meeting materials, handle expenses and contracts, prioritize initiatives with senior leaders, assist on projects and events, safeguard confidential information, and collaborate with other Executive Business Partners to streamline administrative processes.

The Staff Engineer will lead technical projects on Strava's social platform services, drive modernization efforts, mentor engineers, and ensure the platform meets architectural investments and reliability standards.

Partner with Product Finance to build and maintain driver-based revenue models, monitor subscription performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Translate financial analysis into strategic decisions, align distributed stakeholders (San Francisco and London), and influence executive-level investment and forecasting choices.
