Responsibilities include testing, code reviews, defect triage, performance improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and support across the full software development lifecycle.

Leads enterprise application architecture across HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, Security, workplace, collaboration, and enterprise data platforms. Translates business strategy into secure, scalable solutions; defines architecture patterns, integrations, APIs, workflows, and data flows; evaluates technologies and AI capabilities; guides build-versus-buy decisions; leads architecture reviews; and mentors technical teams while influencing business and technology stakeholders.

Leads large, complex, multi-workstream technology client engagements across projects and delivery teams. Establishes governance, integrated planning, reporting, and escalation frameworks; manages dependencies, risks, issues, financials, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates geographically distributed teams, drives consistent delivery practices, and mentors Delivery Managers. Requires extensive experience delivering software or technology programs in professional services or consulting environments, with strong program governance, financial oversight, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Provides expert employee relations support across EMEA, managing complex casework including investigations, performance issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations, accommodations, and organizational change. Advises managers and leaders on employment legislation, policies, and compliant outcomes. Collaborates with Legal, HR Business Partners, and Works Councils; manages consultation requirements, identifies employee relations trends, and improves processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Leads strategic value advisory engagements for supply chain customers and prospects. Conducts business diagnostics and value assessments, develops transformation roadmaps and ROI business cases, supports solution adoption, and collaborates with sales, customer success, professional services, product, and marketing teams. Serves as a supply chain thought leader through publications, conferences, webinars, and executive presentations.

Generates and qualifies B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, marketing leads, targeted outreach, discovery meetings, and pipeline management. Partners with Account Executives and Marketing to prioritize accounts, position Kinaxis solutions, transition qualified leads, provide market feedback, and improve outbound strategies. The role is remote in the UK or Ireland, supports EMEA sales, and includes up to 20% travel.

Serves as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, owning solution health, technical reviews, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, optimization, and customer initiatives. Partners with Customer Success, Support, Product Management, and Cloud Operations to improve adoption, stability, scalability, and retention. Requires deep Kinaxis Maestro expertise, enterprise SaaS experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead complex initiatives independently.

Lead applied AI and machine learning innovation for supply chain products. Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts, evaluate emerging techniques, and guide promising ideas toward scalable enterprise capabilities. Provide technical leadership across research, product, and engineering teams while remaining hands-on with ML, generative AI, agents, LLMs, optimization, recommendation, and explainability. Influence architecture and technical direction, mentor colleagues, assess AI-generated code, and ensure solutions meet quality, security, maintainability, and customer-impact standards.
