Oversee IFRS and US GAAP reporting, SEC and OSC filings, SOX and ICFR programs, audit readiness, and scalable accounting operations while developing high-performing teams.

Requires bilingual Japanese and English communication, external customer support experience, ERP knowledge, Windows and web application familiarity, and strong research skills.

The role supports product launches from strategic planning through growth, drives proof-of-value deliveries, and ensures scalable, supportable product capabilities while partnering with product management, engineering, professional services, and customers.

Support customer requirements discovery, documentation, solution design, Kinaxis Maestro configuration, user training, testing, data integration, and benefits realization. Collaborate with Solution Architects and customers to solve supply chain challenges, apply industry benchmarks, validate solutions, and capture feedback. Requires strong communication, facilitation, presentation, problem-solving, and bilingual English-Japanese skills, along with a relevant technical or business degree and willingness to learn new software.

Lead supply-chain solution architecture and consulting engagements for customers. Design and configure Kinaxis Maestro solutions, facilitate business-process design, manage scope and escalations, mentor consulting teams, and oversee testing, documentation, deployment workshops, and handoffs. Advise client executives, develop supply-chain transformation roadmaps, present to steering committees, and support services sales opportunities. The role requires extensive experience with supply-chain planning, ERP implementations, manufacturing industries, AI/ML applications, databases, and JavaScript.
