The Pinnacol Assurance Claims Representative Internship - Summer 2025 provides real-life, hands-on exposure to critical insurance operations functions with a focus on claims handling and management processes. Interns will work closely with experienced staff to manage workers' compensation claims and support various business initiatives. The experience aims to develop professional skills and refine long-term insurance career interests.

Provide legal representation in workers’ compensation appellate litigation, research and draft legal documents, provide legal support to corporate and insurance operations teams, and educate Company personnel and outside counsel on legal matters.

Partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring plans, drive recruitment process, maintain candidate relationships, and ensure compliance with hiring practices.
