Drive enterprise pipeline for Fin across EMEA by owning a named account list, running account-based outreach to senior stakeholders, collaborating with AEs on account strategy, and maintaining product and market knowledge to convert opportunities.

Lead product marketing efforts for AI-driven customer service solutions, involving messaging, positioning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer alignment.

The Strategic Customer Success Manager engages with large customers to guide AI-driven transformation, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes through relationship building and process optimization.
