Designs, deploys, and maintains enterprise-scale cloud solutions primarily on Microsoft Azure, with AWS and Google Cloud exposure. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, application migration, systems modeling, cost control, data integration, on-premises networking, disaster recovery, business continuity, security, compliance, and technical guidance for IT teams. The role requires four days onsite in Lansing, Michigan, with no remote option, and W2 employment only.

Own product strategy, discovery, roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and Agile delivery for assigned customer service, CRM, eligibility, claims, or provider domains. Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and business rules; evaluate delivered work; coordinate releases; track product metrics; support process improvements, AI initiatives, and routine SQL-based validation of product behavior and data.

Manage projects across full lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, control and close. Lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and vendor relationships. Communicate status to stakeholders, produce project documentation and reports, enforce quality and PM best practices, mentor PM staff, and ensure project commitments are met.
