The Principal Product Manager for Agentic AI Platform will lead the AI strategy and lifecycle, define capabilities, and ensure collaboration for scalable AI solutions in enterprise SaaS.

Build and operate production AI systems, cloud infrastructure, backend and full-stack services, improve CI/CD, reliability, observability, and developer experience, and mentor engineers to raise technical quality.

Partner with leaders to design and administer total rewards programs, perform market benchmarking and pay analyses, manage compensation cycles and job documentation, train stakeholders, handle day-to-day compensation administration, and recommend process improvements while integrating AI tools to increase efficiency.

Provide Canadian-focused HR support for clients across the employee lifecycle: advise on compliance and benefits, manage payroll and vendor partners, handle onboarding/offboarding and terminations, maintain client and vendor records, lead compliance projects, drive AI/product adoption to streamline HR operations, and deliver strategic, customer-facing HR guidance.

Manage end-to-end international payroll, expense management, and billing processes. Collect timesheets and payroll data, calculate wages and deductions, process paychecks, prepare income statements and periodic payroll reports, perform reconciliations, respond to payroll inquiries, and support accounting/audit reporting. Act as main contact for expense inquiries with customers, employees, and local providers.

Lead architecture and development of customer-facing AI agents and multi-agent "Super Agents," design agent orchestration and automated workflow frameworks, drive LLM integration and prompt engineering best practices, provide technical leadership across cloud-native backend systems, and mentor senior engineers to productionize AI-driven solutions at scale.
