Owned territory sales role for Canada driving new logo enterprise SaaS revenue. Own day-to-day enablement operations for the Americas, administering Showpad, managing onboarding, certifications, and content governance. Coordinate enablement programs and events, produce recurring Salesforce and spreadsheet-based reports, connect engagement to sales performance, and drive process improvements with cross-functional partners to scale global GTM execution.

Design scalable Salesforce and Sitetracker solutions for enterprise customers. Lead discovery sessions, translate business requirements into technical architectures, document system designs, oversee implementation quality, and guide delivery teams. Present technical decisions and trade-offs to business leaders and executives, identify risks, and establish reusable frameworks and best practices across projects. The role also involves leading multi-day workshops, designing multi-system solutions, and supporting customer adoption through go-live.

Manage customer relationships throughout implementation, go-live, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Serve as the primary customer advocate and trusted advisor, develop success and account plans, track KPIs and business value, drive retention and growth, identify expansion opportunities, and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Plan and execute phased Salesforce managed-package upgrades across sandbox, UAT, and production environments. Validate configurations, permissions, backups, metadata, and data before and after upgrades; coordinate UAT handoffs, smoke testing, governance checkpoints, and customer communications. Troubleshoot regressions and upgrade issues while building reusable scripts, automated validation, regression tests, and AI-assisted workflows to make platform upgrades more predictable, scalable, and efficient.

Lead and build a new Bangalore Demo Engineering team supporting sales and presales. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, work-queue management, delivery reporting, architecture and quality oversight, Salesforce and Sitetracker demo organization administration, and hands-on development of deal-critical solutions. Translate business requirements into compelling demos, partner with Sales Engineers, oversee agentic AI workflows, and create reusable demo assets, scripts, and training materials.

Build and maintain agentic AI demo workflows and a reusable demo agent library for the Scout product. Create prospect-specific agents, keep demo templates and data current, analyze POC usage, diagnose issues, tune agents/configurations, and produce documentation to enable Sales Engineers and drive deal closures.

Design, instrument, and evaluate agentic UX for enterprise workflows using statistical rigor and ML fluency. Build offline/online evals, run experiments (A/B, holdouts), ship production code and instrumentation, run customer pilots, mentor others, and influence product decisions to improve agent behavior and commercial outcomes.
