Owns product execution and delivery roadmaps for incentive compensation capabilities within ZS’s ZAIDYN Field Incentives platform. Translates client and business needs into engineering-ready requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partners with engineering, AI/ML, data, design, and client success teams; supports integrations, implementations, and migrations; monitors agent performance; and communicates product decisions, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
