Maintain and customize InRiver PIM implementations: design specs, develop custom C#/.NET extensions, build upstream/downstream integrations, troubleshoot issues, document requirements, recommend and implement data model and integration updates within a global remote team.

Develop and extend an internal developer portal and dashboard: maintain a custom Java backend, potentially rewrite the TypeScript frontend, integrate Snowflake and other databases, design RESTful APIs, and ensure code quality via testing and profiling.

Owns the end-to-end release lifecycle for enterprise software products, coordinating planning, deployments, hotfixes, governance, branching, versioning, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional communication. Partners with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and customer-facing teams to improve CI/CD automation, release reliability, documentation, metrics, and operational efficiency across multiple concurrent release streams.

Own the operational health of Workday Core HCM, Workday Help, and VNDLY. Configure business processes, security, organizational structures, and worker lifecycle functionality. Investigate production, integration, data-flow, and configuration issues; perform root-cause analysis; implement sustainable fixes; and support platform stabilization. Partner with HR Shared Services, Integration, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues affecting employees, contingent workers, and connected systems across a global enterprise.
