Build and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, manage deployments across development through production, and automate release processes. Collaborate on data models and activation strategies, support testing and releases, resolve production issues, monitor interoperability, and ensure security, compliance, governance, documentation, and performance standards.

Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, model mapping, identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation workflows. Build API, middleware, and ETL integrations with internal and external systems. Partner with stakeholders on scalable customer data solutions, support data governance and quality, troubleshoot platform issues, document technical designs, and stay current with Data Cloud updates.
