Administer employee benefits and leave programs, manage enrollments and qualifying life events, ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, PWFA, and ADA, reconcile vendor billing, maintain HRIS records, manage EDI feeds, support audits and open enrollment, analyze benefits data, and provide employee guidance.

Senior Accountant responsible for monthly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, audit documentation, financial reporting, technical accounting research, and Accounts Payable oversight. The role will help establish accounting processes and controls, coordinate with an India-based accounting teammate, and identify improvements to close accuracy and timeliness. This is an onsite Boston position requiring close collaboration with the Controller.
