The role requires risk-based judgment, accurate documentation, performance tracking, and maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Lead Southeast Asia revenue strategy and operations, including market sizing, go-to-market execution, customer onboarding, process localization, product-market fit, executive analysis, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with commercial, product, operations, risk, compliance, and regional teams to launch and scale Airwallex's products across SEA markets.

Maintain and optimize database environments supporting global cross-border payment products. Responsibilities include PostgreSQL high availability, Redis cluster management, automation scripting, backup and recovery, database governance, monitoring, performance optimization, architecture design, and operational reliability. The role also develops database standards, evaluates new technologies, collaborates with business teams, and supports scalable, secure, highly available database systems.

Provides comprehensive executive and personal assistance to the Chief Revenue Officer, including complex calendar management, stakeholder coordination, meeting logistics, travel planning, expense and invoice administration, household operations, reservations, errands, personal events, venture fund administration, and document preparation. The role requires discretion, strong organization, communication skills, and comfort working across time zones in a fast-paced technology environment.

Conduct daily post-transaction monitoring and screening, clearing or escalating alerts in case management systems. Investigate issuing-related incidents, perform holistic alert reviews, support AML projects, and coordinate issuing and acquiring initiatives. Build and maintain Airwallex's 3DS card authentication infrastructure and payment APIs. Design, develop, and operate reliable services, collaborate with global teams and financial partners, troubleshoot production issues, and own critical components of the online payment processing flow.

The role requires strong B2B sales experience, complex solution-selling expertise, negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese.
