Provide corporate legal support across France and EMEA: support fundraising, draft/review/ negotiate commercial contracts, advise on marketing, data protection and fintech regulation, monitor regulatory developments, manage external counsel, mitigate legal risks for products and services, and work cross-functionally with product, compliance, risk, partnerships, and marketing teams.
