Lead and grow the Notification Platform engineering team to design, build, and operate a resilient, high-throughput, low-latency event-driven notification system (SMS, Email, Push). Drive architecture, hands-on distributed-systems guidance, Kafka/event-pipeline management, cross-team collaboration, production troubleshooting, and platform adoption while ensuring engineering quality and scalability.

Lead and scale enterprise risk management across US and EMEA. Build risk appetite, governance, taxonomy, and crisis frameworks; translate risk data into executive reporting; oversee risk-informed change governance; drive risk-aware culture; and build a global second-line team partnering across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Finance.

Own accounts payable operations across entities, ensuring compliance with controls and SOX, resolving vendor queries, performing month- and year-end reconciliations, supporting audits, driving process improvements and automations, and mentoring junior team members while partnering with internal stakeholders.

Design, implement, and maintain native iOS applications and libraries. Own full-cycle product development, collaborate with product and finance stakeholders, refactor for maintainability, integrate secure data and compliance practices, and support CI/CD and testing pipelines.

Lead high-impact, data-driven operational strategy projects across product domains. Drive continuous improvement, CX analysis for enterprise segments, cross-functional alignment, KPI monitoring, and senior leadership reporting.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex partner integrations for payments and embedded finance. Translate business requirements into project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks/dependencies, drive API-based integrations, secure stakeholder approvals, and track launch metrics and post-launch improvements to ensure on-time, on-scope, high-quality go-lives.

Own the full sales cycle for SME and growth customers: prospect, pitch, solution, negotiate, close, onboard, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and drive new revenue.
