Lead and scale EMEA financial crime compliance as regional MLRO, manage in-country MLROs, liaise with regulators, oversee local AML/CFT and sanctions operations, provide compliance sign-off on high-risk decisions, advise on product/licensing, monitor regulatory changes, and deploy regional compliance training to enable compliant market expansion.
