Own end-to-end delivery of complex partner integrations for payments and embedded finance. Translate business requirements into project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks/dependencies, drive API-based integrations, secure stakeholder approvals, and track launch metrics and post-launch improvements to ensure on-time, on-scope, high-quality go-lives.

Work directly with the CEO Office and executive leadership to define strategy and drive cross-functional, high-priority initiatives (global expansion, product scaling, regulatory infrastructure, commercial GTM, M&A, AI transformation). Frame problems, align stakeholders, and move complex projects from idea to measurable outcomes across product, engineering, finance, legal, and regional teams.

Lead pre-sales discovery and design of scalable payments solutions for strategic enterprise customers. Build executive relationships, own RFPs and proofs-of-concept, guide end-to-end integrations and onboarding, troubleshoot complex API interactions, inform product, and ensure compliant, timely implementations.

Build and operate UK safeguarding and reconciliation frameworks for payment flows; ensure client funds protection and regulatory compliance (EMRs 2011, PSRs 2017). Design controls, daily safeguarding operations, reconciliations, incident reporting, and audit readiness. Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Treasury to deliver tooling, dashboards, and process improvements using complex transactional data.

Build and maintain Airwallex's iOS app: design and implement enterprise iOS applications and libraries, define requirements with product and business teams, own full-cycle product development, refactor for maintainability and extensibility, integrate data protection and regulatory best practices, and ensure high test coverage and CI/CD automation.

Own and execute the partnerships strategy for Germany (DACH), identify and build partner portfolios across travel, SaaS and e‑commerce, design scalable partner programmes, collaborate with Marketing/Sales/Strategy, and represent Airwallex at industry events.
