Integrate agents with Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud APIs, monitoring, databases, and CI/CD. Lead U.S. paid media portfolio strategy and performance analytics. Build scalable reporting, forecasting, and scenario models; optimize budgets across channels; ensure data integrity across Salesforce/Marketo/ad platforms; run deep-dive and incrementality analyses; present executive-ready insights and lead cross-functional planning and pacing governance to align marketing spend with pipeline and ROI goals.

Own the full sales cycle for SME customers: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close and onboard. Drive new client acquisition and revenue, maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts, represent Airwallex at client meetings/events, and craft multi-product billing solutions for stakeholders.

Lead product security activities across cloud, applications, and infrastructure: build security controls, detection and response workflows, investigate incidents, perform threat hunting and forensics, embed security with engineering teams, and improve resilience via telemetry and remediation.

Provide senior regulatory legal advice for Airwallex Americas on payments and financial services. Manage licensing, registrations, compliance obligations, regulator engagement, cross-border product support, regulatory strategy, and external counsel. Partner with product, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to enable market expansion and ensure timely regulatory filings while improving efficiency with AI and legaltech tools.
