Own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers, including prospecting, qualification, consultative selling, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and initial ramp-up. Build strategic pipelines, develop territory plans, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include cold calling, email and LinkedIn prospecting, qualifying customer needs, advancing leads through the funnel, arranging meetings, maintaining CRM records, testing outreach strategies, and collaborating with Marketing and Account Executives on targeting, messaging, handoffs, and sales process improvements.

Own the full sales cycle for SME prospects across the AMER region, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and activation. The role is accountable for pipeline generation, revenue targets, deal execution, CRM workflows, sales process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, product, legal, finance, and strategy teams.
