Lead and mentor engineering teams to build enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS/PaaS distributed applications. Drive architecture, feature delivery, SRE/process improvements, AI-driven engineering productivity, customer-facing support, and agile release practices while balancing tech debt and product ROI.

Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for SnapLogic's core platform (control plane, data plane, observability). Drive reliability, scalability, security, generative/agentic support, developer/operator experience, KPIs/SLOs, business cases, and cross-functional delivery for enterprise deployments.

The role involves prospecting accounts, managing complex sales cycles, and developing relationships with C-level executives. A track record of exceeding sales quotas and SaaS experience is essential.
