Lead electrical design and delivery of large-scale battery test infrastructure, including industrial control panels, high-power DC systems, instrumentation, and safety-compliant automation. Architect, prototype, commission, and debug test racks and panels to validate multi-pack battery systems in lab and factory environments.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable manufacturing test software, equipment, and data systems for cell/module/pack production. Integrate instrumentation, PLCs, and MES, lead commissioning and root-cause investigations, create procedures and training, and support factory launches and production ramps while ensuring safety and traceability.

Lead electromechanical design for high-voltage battery power systems including busbars, cables, harnesses, isolation, grounding, enclosures, and safety interlocks. Perform thermal, structural, and manufacturability analyses, run RCAs, create drawings and manufacturing instructions, and take designs from concept to high-volume production while collaborating across engineering teams and supporting test-stand safety.

Lead design, build, and deployment of electrical test infrastructure for pack- and multi-pack battery validation. Responsibilities include industrial control panel design, PLC and DAQ integration, high-power DC system integration, isolated sensing/grounding schemes, commissioning test racks, and hands-on troubleshooting to enable system-level validation and safety testing.

Lead process improvement for high-volume mechanical assembly: mentor technicians, track OEE/yield/cycle time, troubleshoot equipment, drive CI projects, and feed manufacturing insights into systems design to improve throughput, quality, and ergonomics.
