Travel to vendor sites up to 20%.

Lead company-level 6-month to 5-year strategic build planning. Model capacity scenarios, translate strategy into executable operational and staffing plans, own and enhance build-planning software (AI integrations), and coordinate cross-functionally with Programs, Design, and Production Planning to align execution and capital needs.

Lead design, programming, deployment, and support of PLC/HMI/SCADA control systems for high-volume iron-air battery manufacturing. Serve as technical lead across automation projects, integrate PLC-MES transactions, conduct FAT/SAT with vendors, troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior engineers, drive continuous improvement, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain uptime and safety.
