Serve as the finance partner to manufacturing and supply chain leadership to scale mass production. Lead financial planning, cost accounting, inventory valuation, CapEx and fixed-asset management, build an operations finance team, ensure accurate close and SOX controls, and provide decision support and capital allocation analyses for manufacturing expansions.

Design and execute test plans to achieve UL1998 certification and harden bootloaders. Lead and grow a manufacturing test engineering team to design, deploy, and validate automated test equipment, software, and data systems. Integrate instrumentation, PLCs, and test software with MES and databases, support factory launches and production ramps, lead root-cause investigations, ensure safe high-voltage test systems, and create documentation and operator training.

Lead development of aqueous slurries and dispersions for iron-air battery electrodes. Design and optimize formulations, characterize rheological and stability properties, link processing to microstructure and performance, build characterization toolkits, develop predictive models, and serve as colloidal science SME across R&D and program reviews.

Lead end-to-end development and validation of electrical and mechanical systems for multi-day batteries. Integrate cross-functional workstreams across systems architecture, firmware, software, manufacturing, and quality. Create and communicate schedules, drive cost-down and quality improvements, manage BOM and release/change processes, lead design reviews, prototype to mass production, and close Jira issues to meet program milestones.

Design, program, debug, and maintain PLC and HMI systems for high-volume battery production equipment. Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements while leading equipment design reviews and ensuring safety and manufacturability.

Lead process optimization and scale-up for iron-air battery manufacturing: improve yield, throughput, quality, and cost through data-driven analysis, root-cause investigations, KPI tracking, and cross-functional projects while ensuring safety and leveraging PLM/MES/ERP systems.

Lead supplier transfer and industrialization of complex sheet metal components. Execute DFM and APQP reviews, manage QML through SOP and PPAP, mitigate schedule risks, run SCAR/RCA, audit supplier QMS, and drive continuous improvement to reduce variation and cost.
