Coordinates with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Recruiting to keep training aligned with manufacturing growth and process changes. The role requires significant production-floor presence and external community representation.

Owns the stability, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include PLC, HMI, SCADA, and MES software improvements; electrical and OT network issue resolution; product-tracking integration; root-cause analysis; equipment retrofits; technician mentorship; vendor coordination; and on-call production support. The engineer ensures equipment safety, uptime, throughput, and compliance at a high-volume iron-air battery manufacturing facility.
