Manages and develops Supplier Industrialization Engineers, establishes PPAP/APQP and SCAR/CAPA frameworks, resolves supplier quality issues, manages capacity and performance, and partners cross-functionally on sourcing and technology roadmaps. Requires 20–30% travel to supplier sites for audits and process-readiness validation.

Leads end-to-end industrialization and quality accountability for custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies. Owns PPAP and APQP, defines manufacturing standards, resolves production and field issues, manages supplier performance, applies DFM/DFA principles, and conducts supplier audits and source inspections. The role requires deep expertise in harness manufacturing, electrical testing, connector systems, and high-voltage applications, with approximately 20% travel.

Own integrated schedules for capital construction and tool installation programs. Develop critical-path schedules, integrate multiple workstreams into master plans, track progress against baselines, identify risks, support recovery planning, facilitate schedule reviews with project teams and contractors, and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
