Lead implementation of dimensional management and GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5-2018), own tolerance analysis workflows, ensure manufacturability and serviceability, drive standards adoption across design, quality, manufacturing and supply chain, mentor engineers, and maintain engineering standard operating procedures for high-volume production.

Design, develop, and own component-to-system-level test strategies for energy storage products. Design electromechanical and high-voltage test systems, troubleshoot test stands, select DAQ and sensors, analyze large test datasets, report findings, and lead continuous improvement and mentorship of junior staff.
