Provides legal and regulatory counsel for DraftKings’ regulated prediction-market exchange and related clearing initiatives. Advises on the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations, drafts exchange rules and governance materials, supports filings, monitors derivatives-market developments, manages outside counsel, and partners with product, engineering, compliance, finance, and operations teams to launch and operate regulated products.

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships across marketing, technology, corporate services, and business operations. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing competitive RFx events, analyzing spend and market benchmarks, negotiating commercial agreements, establishing pricing and performance structures, and mitigating supplier and contractual risks. The role partners with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Information Security to deliver cost savings, operational flexibility, and business value.

Supports marketing and corporate services procurement through spend analysis, sourcing initiatives, RFx coordination, supplier evaluation, dashboards, contract data management, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. Partners with Procurement, Finance, Technology, business stakeholders, and suppliers to identify savings opportunities, manage renewals, improve data quality, and support commercial decisions across services spend.

Prospect and acquire high-value VIP customers, build lasting relationships, and manage regional acquisition strategies. The role includes creating customer events, executing localized promotions, managing revenue and profit plans, supporting compliance and responsible gaming initiatives, and delivering experiences that encourage brand advocacy. Candidates need sales or business development experience with high-value accounts, willingness to travel and work nights and weekends, and eligibility for state gaming and financial licenses.
