Own SEO/AEO, editorial calendar, content-to-pipeline attribution, HubSpot email programs, social and webinar strategy, sales collateral, and customer testimonials while collaborating with cross-functional teams and a design agency.

Lead enterprise expansion and new product/partnership initiatives by designing and executing 3–5 strategic pilots yearly. Build financial models and ROI analyses, develop commercialization strategies, own enterprise proposals and renewals, support executive leadership with strategic analysis and presentations, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to drive scalable revenue and program execution.

Lead finance organization (FP&A, accounting, finance ops) and manage debt capital relationships, covenant compliance, and liquidity planning. Own exit readiness and lead M&A/recapitalization processes, financial reporting, audits, and investor/board communications. Drive budgeting, forecasting, ROI frameworks, controls, and team development in a hands-on player-coach CFO role.

Own the credit strategy and P&L for Scratch Pay, leading underwriting, scoring models, policy rules, collections, and portfolio performance. Build and manage a lean credit risk team, operationalize alternative data and AI tooling, partner with Product on borrower experience, and run rigorous test-and-learn experiments to expand approvable customers while controlling loss rates.
