Manage procurement for IT hardware, telecom, and related services: process purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, submit invoices, support vendor contracts and RFPs, administer purchasing systems, analyze expenditures, and provide procurement data to stakeholders.

Coordinate firm compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual duties. Collect, organize, and maintain Outside Counsel Guidelines and engagement terms. Research Market Abuse Regulations, identify PHI matters and Business Associate Agreements, maintain an OCG database, liaise with clients on OCG negotiations, and collaborate with practice groups and departments to ensure internal compliance. Support Deputy General Counsels and keep attorneys informed of responsibilities under engagement terms.

Manage and administer attorney promotion and compensation programs: maintain tools and documentation, produce aggregate and individual reporting, communicate policies and schedules, support compensation committees and leadership, coordinate with accounting, monitor market trends, implement process changes, and manage related event logistics and materials.

Prepare standard and ad-hoc financial reports and KPIs at practice group, office, and attorney levels; support monthly reporting and review calls; extract and audit financial system data; troubleshoot issues; assist budgeting, lateral hire analysis, financial software maintenance, and bank surveys.

Provide financial analysis and advisory support to practice group leaders and senior management, prepare monthly reporting and profitability analysis, maintain financial models and forecasting, evaluate strategic investments (lateral hires, offices, M&A), manage reporting tools, and lead/mentor analysts to improve firm profitability and financial performance.

Provide administrative business development support to attorneys and BD team: prepare RFP responses, compile research, maintain CRM and matter tracking, coordinate events and webinars, create BD collateral, manage awards/directory submissions, and handle project and logistics tasks under general supervision.

Lead KM efforts for the Investment Funds Group: evaluate and improve KM infrastructure, curate market terms database, implement KM and GenAI solutions, develop forms and templates, train attorneys on KM tools, and support adoption of side letter/MFN platforms to increase efficiency and knowledge sharing.
