Lead the Hyderabad trade accounting and operations team overseeing daily reconciliations, settlements, P&L, NAV preparation, investor accounting and regulatory reporting. Manage escalations, month-end close, audits, cross-functional coordination with brokers, administrators, pricing, collateral and technology teams, and drive process improvements and project delivery including UAT and bespoke reporting.

Lead and oversee fund accounting and post-trade operations including daily reconciliations (trades, positions, cash, MTM), settlements, P/L and accruals. Manage and mentor a team, resolve exceptions with counterparties and administrators, support month-end close and audits, coordinate with internal teams (pricing, middle office, collateral), and drive process improvements and automation with technology partners.
