The Executive Search Senior Associate oversees the executive recruiting lifecycle, collaborates with consultants, manages candidate relationships, and develops search strategies while contributing to business development and client management.

The Executive Search Associate assists in all aspects of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement, while receiving mentorship and training from senior consultants.

Execute the end-to-end executive search lifecycle: develop search strategy and position specs, research and map talent markets, source and assess candidates, manage candidate and client relationships, prepare materials and reports, and support business development while maintaining confidentiality and high quality deliverables.

Manage and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem across multiple clouds and integrations: design CRM solutions, administer environments and sandboxes, run releases using CI/CD (Salesforce DX/Copado), ensure data quality and security, build reports/dashboards, participate in governance, and support business analysis and technical issue resolution to drive revenue and efficiency.

Responsible for timely, accurate global cash application and accounts receivable transactions across the Order-to-Cash process. Duties include applying payments, reconciling suspense and GL accounts, researching unapplied cash and payment discrepancies, supporting month/quarter/year-end close, assisting auditors, partnering with Billing/Collections/Treasury, supporting system testing and PeopleSoft enhancements, and participating in automation and process-improvement initiatives.

Lead and execute executive search processes: develop position specs and search strategies, research markets and candidates, conduct in-depth interviews and assessments, manage candidate and client relationships, prepare materials and reports, and support business development and team collaboration.

Support executive leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives by building complex financial models, conducting market and competitive research, preparing executive-level presentations, assisting strategic planning and workshops, and tracking project progress and metrics. Provide analytical, research, and logistical support for M&A evaluations and business performance deep-dives.

Support the executive search lifecycle: conduct industry and company research, identify and engage candidates, assist interviews and assessments, prepare client and candidate materials, manage relationships and reports, and support business development.
