Provides first- and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Designs and maintains network, cloud, firewall, SASE, and CASB security controls; conducts threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, and forensic analysis; administers Microsoft Purview data governance, DLP, and eDiscovery; and manages business continuity and disaster recovery planning and exercises. The role generates new funded loans, deposits, and fee income while coordinating with credit risk, portfolio management, loan processing, and branch teams. Responsibilities also include customer prospecting, sales presentations, loan-document review and execution, portfolio servicing, and community networking.

Supports small business banking operations by monitoring commercial mortgage and line-of-credit renewals, analyzing credit reports, reviewing loan documentation, verifying regulatory compliance, and contributing to process improvement and product development projects. Works with credit officers, branch managers, lenders, and portfolio management staff while gaining experience in relationship management and credit underwriting.

Underwrites and manages commercial and investment real estate loan portfolios, including new requests, renewals, modifications, credit memoranda, covenant monitoring, risk ratings, and annual reviews. Analyzes financial statements, tax returns, collateral, leases, appraisals, guarantors, and repayment capacity. Ensures regulatory compliance, portfolio quality, documentation accuracy, and timely escalation of emerging risks while partnering with relationship managers and credit officers.
