Designs and manages Everlaw’s partner programs, including tiers, benefits, engagement models, onboarding, enablement, certification, communications, governance, and deal support. Owns the partner portal and coordinates cross-functional initiatives across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations. Uses adoption data, partner feedback, and business results to improve program performance and partner engagement. The role serves as the externally facing leader for Everlaw’s growing partner ecosystem.

Own and grow Everlaw’s public-sector partner channel by recruiting and activating government contractors, primes, resellers, and systems integrators. Build joint partner plans, coordinate pre-RFP pursuits, support platform positioning, manage deal registration and pipeline reviews, and align sales, technical, legal, finance, security, and marketing teams. The role converts partner relationships into qualified public-sector opportunities and revenue across federal, state, local, and education markets.

Drive net-new business and account expansion among state, local, and education agencies. Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiations, and close. Build territory plans, exceed quota, lead value-based presentations, collaborate with internal teams, and represent Everlaw at conferences and customer meetings. The role requires monthly travel throughout the territory and experience selling enterprise SaaS or legal services to complex accounts or government agencies.

Leads and scales Everlaw’s Partner Account Management team, owning quota attainment, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and partner-driven ARR growth. Coaches revenue-carrying account managers, develops joint business plans with managed service partners, improves sell-through execution, and coordinates with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance. The role establishes repeatable partner plays, strengthens seller enablement, and drives adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

Design, launch, and manage scalable partner programs, including tiers, benefits, onboarding, enablement, certification, communications, governance, and portal operations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business development, sales, marketing, customer success, legal, and operations. Monitor partner adoption and program health using data and feedback to improve processes and engagement. Own the operating model for a product design team, including planning, delivery, readiness reviews, cross-functional processes, design operations frameworks, resource tracking, and leadership reporting. The role improves visibility, predictability, quality, and collaboration across Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Technical Writing while supporting staffing and capacity planning.

Designs human-centered product experiences for an AI-powered legal platform, translating complex litigation workflows and data into accessible interfaces. Responsibilities include discovery through launch, prototyping, production specifications, user research, cross-functional collaboration, design-system development, and integrating AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Design into the design process. The role also requires developing deep product knowledge through platform certification.

Build and release end-to-end product features, from architecture through deployment. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Developer Operations; debug complex issues across a large-scale codebase; improve platform reliability; document systems; and share technical knowledge. The role includes mentorship and onboarding support while working across the technology stack.

Provide first-line customer support to legal, government, corporate, and nonprofit clients using the Everlaw platform. Answer phone and email questions, teach product functionality, troubleshoot technical tickets, complete product certification, collaborate with teammates and Product and Engineering, and contribute user insights to product improvements.
