Lead clinician-facing product marketing: own positioning, employer brand, clinician research, recruitment marketing and channels (career site, CRM, paid/organic), manage agencies, and measure pipeline and hiring metrics to grow Talkiatry's clinical workforce.

Field-based role building and growing referral partnerships with physicians and practices. Prospect, convert, and manage accounts, execute territory plans, run in-office presentations, optimize referral workflows, maintain CRM activity, and drive referral growth with ~75% travel.

Lead design and rollout of Talkiatry's QA operating model and first QA platform, automate independent QA over BPO volume, and quality-assure both human and agentic AI interactions. Build and lead a small team, define scorecards and coaching, deliver QA insights and dashboards, partner with AI Ops, Clinical, and Operations, and embed compliance and HIPAA-sensitive audits into a scalable QA program.
