Partner cross-functionally to define success metrics, resolve dependencies, and deliver scalable, low-friction data products for Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Referrals.

Partner with clinical leadership to provide strategic HR guidance, manage employee relations, support performance management, administer compensation and promotions, coordinate onboarding and accommodations, analyze HR metrics and exit interviews, and lead HR operational projects supporting the clinical organization.

Lead strategy and day-to-day execution of direct-response paid social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) to acquire new patients.
