Own data quality, third-party integrations, and self-serve analytics. Partner cross-functionally to define success metrics, resolve dependencies, and deliver scalable, low-friction data products for Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Referrals.

Partner with clinical leadership to provide strategic HR guidance, manage employee relations, support performance management, administer compensation and promotions, coordinate onboarding and accommodations, analyze HR metrics and exit interviews, and lead HR operational projects supporting the clinical organization.

Lead strategy and day-to-day execution of direct-response paid social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) to acquire new patients. Optimize and scale campaigns to improve CAC and LTV, manage large monthly budgets, direct data-driven creative testing, run A/B and landing page experiments, build forecasts and reporting, partner with Data and Creative teams, and apply AI tools to automate analysis and workflows.

Develop territory strategy, manage pipeline, present business cases to senior leaders, navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement referral partnerships that expand access to behavioral health services.

Lead new health system partnerships in the Northeast: prospect, build executive relationships, negotiate agreements, manage the full partnership lifecycle, design territory strategy, coordinate cross-functionally, represent Talkiatry at industry events, and deliver measurable referral growth and launch outcomes.

Lead the creation of SRE practices across six product teams: define SLOs/SLIs, implement observability, reduce outages, automate toil with IaC and tooling, run production readiness reviews, and train teams to improve incident detection and reliability.

Lead clinician-facing product marketing: own positioning, employer brand, clinician research, recruitment marketing and channels (career site, CRM, paid/organic), manage agencies, and measure pipeline and hiring metrics to grow Talkiatry's clinical workforce.
