Maintains organizational hierarchies, positions, departments, cost centers, reporting relationships, and related HRIS data in Employee Central. Processes data changes, troubleshoots discrepancies, supports HR reporting and analytics, and promotes data governance, audit readiness, and data quality. Partners with HR, Finance, Workforce Planning, and business leaders to validate workforce structures, support system enhancements, and improve processes.

Supervise hub administration process improvement by analyzing workflows, developing automation solutions with Excel Macros and Microsoft Power Automate, documenting changes, generating reports, training staff, and coordinating cross-functional implementation. The role requires leadership, independent work, schedule flexibility, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and work in variable airport environmental conditions.

Supports hub managers and frontline leaders through learning and development programs. Responsibilities include coaching managers, facilitating leadership training, onboarding new managers, administering assessments, coordinating training logistics, tracking development milestones, and preparing reports using LearningHub, Excel, Microsoft Forms, and Tableau. The role partners with hub leadership and Talent Development while applying knowledge of airline hub operations, safety, scheduling, workforce management, and company policies.

Implements FAA Airworthiness Directives for aircraft powerplants and systems, manages product improvement initiatives, analyzes engine performance and failure data, and develops engineering documents supporting urgent maintenance actions and manufacturer service bulletins. Collaborates with manufacturers and repair agencies to reduce premature engine removals and operating costs while prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.

Supervises staffing coordination for Above the Wing workgroups, assigning agents to flights, coordinating breaks, monitoring operational coverage, processing overtime, coding absences, and generating staffing reports. The role provides internal customer service to more than 100 agents and leads while supporting daily airline operations. Responsibilities require schedule flexibility, leadership, judgment, knowledge of overtime policies, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and staffing applications.

Manages hub administration for Agent and Ramp workgroups, including attendance policy enforcement, recruitment and onboarding, payroll coordination, leave and injury follow-up, work scheduling, employee counseling, unemployment claims, and administrative policy implementation. Develops Excel-based analyses for budgets, headcount, overtime, and attrition while resolving employee discrepancies and supporting operational projects.
