Design, develop, and maintain scalable telephony applications using Freeswitch and Lua. Research and implement solutions, troubleshoot VoIP issues (SIP/RTP/codecs), integrate Freeswitch with other systems, build custom modules, contribute to architecture, and collaborate with developers and system administrators.

Provide Tier 1 remote technical support: intake calls/emails, log and document incidents in ITSM, monitor alerts, troubleshoot or escalate per SOPs, maintain knowledge base, meet SLAs, and support process improvement and customer communication.

Design and prototype user-centered web and mobile experiences, maintain design systems, conduct user research and accessibility validation, and collaborate with engineers to ensure correct implementation. Also contribute to backend API design using ASP.NET MVC/Web API and document design decisions.
